HI all,
I was just about looking for a thread where one could get advice ( about the reasonable price) from other forum members regarding any used bike/scooter they wish to purchase.
I am contemplating picking up a second hand Honda eterno here in Hyderabad as I have always liked a side engined geared scooter. Could someone please help me out with the onroad price of the vehicle when it was in production. Also what are the things to be checked for buying an eterno second hand. What can be a real world average per liter that I can expect and are there any drawbacks or issues with the vehicle design as such. Is it as trouble free and reliable as the activa.
There are a couple of eternos for sale, and the one I am a bit interested is a 2006 april model with clear documents and 27,000 kms on the odo used by an elderly gentleman. The body has a lot of scratches and a few dents here and there. The scooter has a spare tyre ( stephney) and both the rear view mirrors . What should be a fair price for the scooter.
