CBZ Xtreme - Alignment/Issue after accident

This is my first post and I would like to mention that I have always been benefited from the existing threads and never had to post a new one. But this time I had to make a new thread. My bike met with an accident (or I should say, accident met my bike!) and after the repair, I have lost the old good feeling of my bike. Here is the entire story:
The accident
My bike was parked in my office parking lot (on side stand while handle bar was turned towards the right). [Important to mention that there was a wall in front.]
One of my colleague banged my bike with his i10 from rear.
Had to call a mini-truck to lift my bike and take it to the ASC. The bike wasn't in position to move at all (as forks, rim, hand bar, etc were bend..)

Overall, i am not happy with the bike after the repair. The pleasure of riding the beast has completely gone! Have complained to service center guys several times but they don;t feel any alignment issue with the bike. They say its all in mind! But i know something is wrong. I have been riding it for 3 years.. Please help me guys. What could be the possible issues

The Repair
- I instructed the service center guys to completely replace the damage parts and avoid fixing anything/bend removal.
- Got my bike back after 10 days and total bill was 18,191/-
- Parts replaced
- Front: Doom/visor, headlight, fork assembly (both right and left), front alloy, Disc, Handlebar, Crash guard, front stay (the weird looking iron stand which holds the doom and speedometer) mudguard, etc...
- Rear: Tail light assembly, Cowl (both right & left)
The Problem
- When I ride the bike, I feel the bike is tilted towards left slightly.
- The handle sways towards the left when i take off my hand from the handle bar.
- When i ride the bike on bad roads, i feel the bike is not stable and sways towards left and right rapidly/continuously.
- When I cross a speed breaker, the front shock makes thud noise, handle sways left and right for a moment. I also feel that front wheel suddenly hits the road and then shocks comes to action.
- When i apply disk break suddenly and bring the bike to halt, bike skids and goes towards right (have noticed it few times)
