    [Photo Feature]: power upgrade of apache rtr 180

    Hii... this is Swagat from Angul, Odisha..
    I own a apacheRTR 180 and wanna increase my engine Bhp... as I am a stunt rider.. Plz let me know if these following changes can Help me increasing my engine Bhp.

    1. Replace the carburetor of apache with that of KTM Duke200
    2. Replace the silencer with "Two Brother Racing" company's silencer
    3. Replace the air filter with K&N air filter
    4. Use costly engine oil. (as above changes will lead to more engine heat)

    plz let me know if the changes will help me or not..

    Why have you added "Photo Feature" title to your thread? It doesn't have even one picture... (?) Anyways, the answers are:

    1. No,
    2. Yes, but only if TwoBrothers make an exhaust specifically for RTR 180. Otherwise, get Joel's exhaust.
    3. Yes, but you have to get the Air Fuel Ratio right, by changing the carb's main jet to a bigger one.
    4. Not noticeably. Yes, slight change might be there but you won't notice it in terms of performance.

      increse compression

      1-increase compression as i have done 190cc bore (i my self did dat)
      2nd - u would gt tch(de cdi) to increase rpm
      3rd-racing cam shaft for rtr
      4th-a tuned pipe doing all this ur bhp will boost abt 5 more approximately without much decrease in fuel efficiency...!
