A cousin has left for work, and I have been given his 2011 Std 350 for a few months. It was lying unused since 2012 September.
While riding the bike home yesterday, I noticed that there is a complete loss of power in mid revs. I had to be very careful with the rev range, always keeping it low, because of which I couldn't go past 60 kmph most of the time.
The engine revs freely when put in neutral. While riding, when I push the throttle to max, it loses power for a couple of seconds, then hickups a bit and picks up power suddenly. I've noticed that the sound is also rather hoarse.
Any expert opinion is appreciated, I want to have an idea of what is wrong before I give it for repair. Please explain clearly, because I'm not familiar with Bullet (except having ridden it a couple of hundred kms recently).
