  • New Unicorn vibrates while release the clutch lever in 1st gear..

    Hello all, today I got my Unicorn. But I face little problem as said in title. The entry bike gives little vibrates or not smoothly forward while release the clutch lever in 1st gear for running. It is only happen on 1st gear. I took test ride two different Unicorns at dealer shop and both have same problem. They (all workers from there) told me, it is normal because the clutch plate is new and others parts also new; it takes times to make smooth the all things and then this things will disappear automatically. My question is; will it be?

      Hi adnansanni
      There could be many factors for the vibrate or not smoothly forward. Below is a possible list (totally based on my experience) -
      1) Not proper clutch release (maybe you're used to your previous bikes clutch release, and as Uni is new, it will take a bit to get used to)
      2) Your bike is totally new, thus the clutch plates needs to get free
      3) Clutch cable could be tampered
      4) Check spark plug, for proper current (whether it mis-fires or not)
      5) Check for the engine oil

      Everything else, you have a very good ride, so enjoy it and have a safe ride

        @Kaushik:
        Thanks for the reply man. You are right, may be it has been happening for reason number 1 or 2, others I checked and seems to ok.
        Today, the problem little bit lower then yesterday. Hope it’ll vanish very soon.
