How to adjust rear shock absorbers for suzuki samurai?

Hello guys.. Im new to xbhp and this is my first post.. So my question is. how to adjust the shock absorbers on a suzuki samurai? i read from the manual which says there are 5 different levels of adjustments on it, but i dont know how to do it. thanks in advance!
