When did you last change your oil? What oil have you used? If you used a mineral oil, it generally lasts 2k kms before it needs a change.

Iam taking care well of my zeus125 bike... For this, ENGINE OVERHAUL is needed?? because so much of dirt will be go through the engine and it will damage the engine walls inside??? Is it good to overhaul and cleaning entire engine by removing all engineparts for the engine smooth ????
Engine overhauls are generally not required unless the engine has become hopelessly sluggish or rough. Overhauls are also required if there is any compression loss, leading to severe depreciation in pickup or top speed (or both).

Changed AIR FILTER last time in suzuki showroom,what's the problem??
Again, when was that? how many kilometers have passed since you changed that filter? What kind of filter do you have? If you ride in dusty areas, your filter might get clogged up very quickly.

What is AIR-FUEL MIXTURE? Where it is located????

You don't need to adjust your valve clearance every 2000kms. But if your bike is not performing well, you may check with your mechanic if you need a valve adjustment. It's ususally advisable to consult 2-3 good mechanics before making a decision.

Anil, your problem is not with engine oil. Please don't use a different oil every time. Stick to one. You can use either a 10w30 or 20w40 oil. 20w40 is better for the summer. Any 20w40 from Valvoline, Motul, Gulf Pride, Elf Motogold, or Shell should do fine.

And what do you mean by engine is rough and harsh? Any particular sounds you can explain? Do you feel any loss in power? How much fuel efficiency now? Better you show your bike to an outside reliable mechanic to assess your bike. Many of your queries are answered in the previous post.

You said your bike is 35k kms old. Did you change chain-sprocket kit? If not please change it and see. Also, when did you last change the spark plug? Please change the sparkplug too if its more than 10k kms.

Engine overhaul not needed unless compression is wrong as mentioned by bbsrailfan. How much ever dirty the bike, it will not enter the engine compartment. If the bike is dirty, please do a thorough wash.

NEVER use a oil which is thinner than the recommended grade - in your case 20W40. 10W30 are thinner oils and can adversely affect your engine.
Go for Gulf Pride 4T Plus - one of the best mineral oils in 20W40 grade. Yamaha doesn't manufacture any lubes (neither does Honda) - they simply repackage standard lubes from the market as their own brands. Honda usually repackages IOCL/Servo mineral oils as OEM oils for Activa. Yamaha does the same with Motul for mineral oils. For SemiSynthetic/Fully Synthetic, the brands may vary..

If your air filter was changed more than 5000kms ago, you can take it to a local mechanic and give it a blow of compressed air. If it's more than 12000 kms old, you'd better change it.
