  • Bajaj Pulsar 150 UG3 Tick Tick Sound

    Hi I have a Bajaj Pulsar 150 UG3 which is 5 years old and run about 45000 KM I have changed Clutch Disk, Valve and adjusted tabit and also timing chain as marked T on the sprocket and the fly wheel but still there is a Tick Tick sound in the engine I dont know what to do more to solve the problem please help me.................!

        Go to a very experienced mechanic and tell him to adjust the 'tapette' in the engine. The sound will vanish.

          have you done these changes after you started hearing the tik-tik sound. the usual culprits tappets, valves & timing chain, if you have already attended these three, only remaining thing is balancer gear & shaft.

            Tapette adjustments needed
            PS does the sound occur after running the bike for a few kms ??
            If yes and the sound stops after sometime then its a common thing...nothing to worry about.
