Other MotorCycle swingarm compatible with Pulsar 220?
Other MotorCycle swingarm compatible with Pulsar 220?
I need to change my swing arm, the stock swing arm is hard specially in bumpy roads. I want to know if there are other motorcycle swing arms out there compatible with p220 dtsi, I want to know if these motorcycle swing arms are compatible with p220 or maybe you can suggest what swing arm would best fit p220?
Swing arm plays a small part in ride comfort.. your shock absorbers are majorly responsible. Service or change this instead depending on age or no of Kms run.

tnks for the reply, I wish to change my swing arm since the stock rear suspension is hard specialy if you ride alone, I cant find any good suspension here better than nitrox.
I have always felt the p220 rear suspension was too soft... but its a personal preference...
I completely agree with adityabhelke. You should rather focus on suspension.
I apologize for the stupidity of the questions but:
1. Are the suspensions already on the softest settings?
2. How old is the bike? More than 30,000 kms on bad roads... one may start suspecting suspensions gone bad.
3. What tyre pressure are you running?
I would start by checking everything is the way it should be before changing anything.
The downside of chasing a magic carpet ride is that the bike may dangerously wallow and become unstable on bad roads. Also if you install springs that are too soft , the bike will sag much more and may start bottoming out all the time. That is worse than a stiff suspension.
The secret to a magic carpet ride is investing in some super expensive adjustable dual rate damping suspensions. Expect to shell something like 500$ (27k INR) for them.
My 2c advice: Ride a new P220 and see if it feels better. if it does, change the suspensions and you are done.

1. xr200/xr250
2. crf250
3. cbr150fi
Swingarms are built on different platforms for different bikes.
It is impossible to fit other swingarms to a Pulsar 220.
As said above, swingarms have less work to do, the main job is carried by suspension.
Do get them adjusted, or if the bike has clocked high, change them.
Royal Enfield Bullet Standard 350cc 1989, Bajaj Avenger 200-2009, Pulsar 200 NS 2015.
