  • Naked Chainguard pulsar 150

    Hi guys.
So I have a p150.....rear is zapper vyde.
The fatter tyre touches the chainguard in potholes and makes a crunching noise.
I tried fitting chainguards from p220 to mine.
But in a pothole and speed>80 it broke into two pieces.....what should I do......??
Any special way of fitting 220 chainguard to my bike ??
    Help me here.

Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

        Hi,

AFAK.. You will need to change your rear swing arm.. or you can change your Chain to O-ring type Chain which needs no cover on it...

          Thankyou bro
But problem is the fitting of chainguard.Slot mods according to p180 swingarm are already there. But the chainguard breaks apart when passing at higher speeds over potholes.
PS I am using wider rear tyre so metal chainguard is of no use as it touches my tyre.

I assume you are using chain cover which is made of plastic, why dont you try of a P220's chain cover for your bike i think you might need some hole adjustments to the
chain cover to be able to fit it on your bike !!

Then my friend you might need to strenghten the chain cover with welding some more sheetmetal to it...
