    Apache RTR 200 4V BS4 Display console not working!

    Hello everyone,

    I have an Apache RTR 200 4V 2009 model. My bike is only 1.5 years old. In Mumbai, it was raining continuously for several weeks during the monsoon season and I wasn't able to take the bike out. There was a starting issue with the bike, and the battery had died. When I was trying to start the bike during the time it had died, I noticed flickers on the display console when pressing the start button.

    I had called the On-road assistance (paid service) and they helped me get the bike started and I was able to recharge the battery.

    During all this time, the display console on the bike stopped showing anything. After the bike started, nothing shows. There is just that blue background light, but nothing shows on the console! It is blank!

    Has anyone faced a similar issue? Can you please tell me what happened to my display console?

    I have spoken to the ASC and they say the console is gone and has to be replaced. They checked with another console and it works fine.

    Can the console be repaired instead of replacing it completely?

      Hello everyone, wanted to update that the speedo was replaced under warranty. The manual says the bike has 5 years of warranty and the speedo is covered under it. Got it replaced at ASC.
      Only gripe is that all the kms data is now starting afresh!

        Guess what. My speedo console has gone blank again. No idea why. It just decided to stop working. All I see now is a blue backlight.
        I went to the ASC and they are not replacing this under warranty because I missed a service 🤨

        Can anyone point me to a source where I can acquire a speedometer console? Mine is the BS4 Carb model from 2019. Thanks a lot!

          There is co-relation with vehicle service and speedometer (as it's not required or have service). You might needed some mail to customer care.
