  • Clutch problem

I have R15 v3 i had done about 27000kms.there is a lot of free play in clutch and iam out of clutch adjustment in the stock clutch cable .so I have changed the new clutch cable. even after fully adjusting the clutch cable still there is a lot of free play and clutch is less

After you've installed the new clutch cable, and yet you're still out of the right clutch bite. Try adjusting the clutch cable at the clutch lever adjusted that way, it will definitely get adjusted. Don't just adjust it at the lower side, adjust the clutch cable at both the sides, near the lever and the engine side. Hope it helps.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    THE END

I have adjusted the cable at both the ends still there is a lot of clutch free play. Clutch free play is still as it is as before the cable change.

My FZ had a similar issue and some adjustments were done inside the clutch case and the play was gone.
