Buying a second hand CBR 250r in 2021

I have been a follower of Xbhp since many years now but this is my first thread. Apologies in advance for novice mistake. Here it goes.
I am a proud owner of a Karizma R since the past 9 years and looking out for an upgrade. However, I have been in love with the CBR 250R ever since it was introduced but cannot get my hands on a new one since it has been discontinued. To my luck, I have found a second hand CBR 250R (2018-STD) and the owner is quoting 160,000. Firstly, do you think this price is justified? Secondly, is it wise to purchase a CBR250R in 2021 or shall I pass this option?
