Ns 200 not going above 7000rpm
I own a ns 200 bs4 abs . Lastly I had abs problem in which my abs malfunction Indicator would trun on at any speeds like sometimes on 60 -80 - 120 now same problem but my bike is not going above 100kmph that is 7000 rmp . Wheels are spnning freely lastly serviced 2days prior to this problem at ASVC . Am totally confused with this . Bike goes above 7000 in 1st.2nd 3rd 4th ,5th gear only 6th it's not crossing 7k please help me with your knowledge guys am really dippressed with this issue ..

1. Check your spark plugs. They should not be really white, white-ish is okay. If plugs are fully white, get your carburettor tuning checked. Plugs need to be properly gapped too.
2. Proper tire air inflation check.
3. Check with a new cdi if problem gets solved. If it works then you can get that changed under warranty.
4. How many kms covered in odo, always mention that if you are posting a query related to engine. If more than 5000kms and nothing I wrote above helps, get your valve clearance checked (tappets).
