  • Dominar ABS issue

Hello. I own a Dominar. The issue I am facing is with the ABS. ABS sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Even when the bike is above 20km/h, the warning light shows up. The service centre guys told me it's a module problem because in the OBD it showed ABS MOTOR PUMP MALFUNCTION. But I think its something other than the motor that is faulty. i.e. The sensors or cable ore something like resetting the ECU.

I need help guys. The module costs around 20k.

What should I do? Any DIY? Or fix?

ABS module failure was quite a common problem in older Dukes. Issue was from dust build up inside the motor from brush, which can be solved by cleaning and replacing the brushes.
