Engine re-work for Yamaha Fazer V2 (2016)

My Yamaha Fazer V2 (2016) has run 72,000kms on board. I have been facing below mentioned issues for the past 5,000kms
[PS - I drive my bike for 140kms daily and @90kmph my bikes mileage is 42-45kmpl and tank range lasts for 550kms minimum TILL DATE and things became worse after incident on 10.04.2021 as explained below]
1. Engine gets overheated and dissipating more heat in just 10mins after starting the bike and even in lower rpm and cold temperatures (early morning / night) and its so evident even if i wear a shoe heat is felt much.
2. Engine oil drains off faster or loses viscosity soon. - I use Motul 7100 10w40 which lasts for 4,800kms in general but since last two service it lasted for only 4,000kms
3. I Replaced engine oil on 30.03.2021 and it was only 1500kms run On 10-04-2021 went for a 950 kms round trip in which the TO trip was in higher rev (105-115kmph constantly) , while i clocked 800kms in trip found the engine oil has drained off and its in between max-min level. Once i reached home i found oil was very minimal and its almost drained off
4. So in 2500kms 80% of engine oil is drained off.
Yamaha ASC said Valve guide clearance is good. Need to rework engine by replacing new cylinder kit costing 20k and takes minimum 20days.
What shud i do now ???
1. Replace new kit ???
or
2. Re-bore to next oversize ??
Please guide on urgent basis
