Hi folks, newbie here.
I am considering purchasing a Rx 5 speed whose RC and insurance lapsed in 2015. It was partially dismantled for a restoration that never happened.
I wanted to know whether there could be any hassles in re-registering the vehicle since it's been more than 5 years since the RC lapsed. Does anyone also know whether I will have to shell out Rs300 for each month that the RC lapsed ? The owner claims that the rules have changed and that now there is only a small one time fee to be paid.
I'm in Bangalore and the vehicle is also registered in Bangalore.
