    Hi xBhp members,

I have attached the quotation for BMW G 310 GS from the dealer Titanium Motors, Ranchi. My home is in Jamshedpur, so I want to buy the bike with temporary registration and get it registered from my city.

I would like to purchase the bike by paying the Ex-Showroom price and the T/R price (to get the bike released and do the registration on my own).

I will get the insurance done by myself before the release of the vehicle, and I am not opting for the charges.

However, the dealer is saying that I have to pay all the charges mentioned in the quotation. According to me, the charges are unjustified. It's common to purchase insurance of your own choice rather than buying what the dealer is offering.

Can you help me here and suggest if there's a legal action I can take against the dealer if he is not agreeing to sell the bike. I have paid a non-refundable deposit of 25k, and there a monopoly of that dealer as there is only one showroom in the Bihar-Jharkhand region.

I reached out to BMW support and they didn't help me out.

    Thank you, Fam.
