  • GT 650 choking issue

I recently travelled to Chennai which is 370 km with a single-halt, that's 140 km each stretch. after a week of moderate use I have started for a trip, suddenly bike started choking(like struggling to move ), I immediately rushed to fuel station and filled the whole tank, choking still continued initially I thought there's no air in the tank so it's choking, after 10km it started missing a beat and choking rapidly I stopped for some time and started again yet after 10km same problem, stopped and started again it would choke every 10 to 15kms, next day for every 30 km it would struggle and start choking, resting the bike for 2 days I fired it up again it would go smoothly but after the engine is hot it would skip a beat I would slow down and it gets normal
    speed (70 - 110)
    3500 km driven
    radiator changed recently
I have drained and checked the fuel it's clear no water.

Someone help me asap. Thanks in advance.
