  • Abrupt stopping of Pulsar 135LS

    Hi everyone,
I'm a proud owner of Pulsar 135 LS, 2017 BS-4 model. I've changed the battery once. In spite of the new battery, my bike abruptly stops, when I'm pressing the clutch. I've even tried this in the first gear. Even when the vehicle is in first gear, at speeds of around 10kmph, in spite of fully pressing the clutch lever, I get a red battery signal in the instrument cluster and the vehicle abruptly stops.

    Please suggest a solution

Hey Pareekshith , Problem seems like there is cut off in current to the spark plug, Is this was present before putting new battery? Does the bike starts perfectly in morning(like bike start without using throttle)? Also Check is there is any loose battery terminals.

        Thanks for the approval.

Thanks Vishal Wagh for the reply.
This issue was present even before the battery change. The bike starts perfectly in the morning. It starts correctly every time.

Ok, then it can also happen due to improper fuel supply.
See, What happen when the fuel supply is more than required (this happens when chock is ON) and less than required (related to Carburettor tunning), bike gets off as soon as you release the throttle.

Just do find a good mechanic to check the internal parts of the Carburettor (as due to wear and tear few parts need to change), and see.
