I have a Pulsar 180 UG2, which I bought in 2006. It is on original parts and the engine has not been opened to date except for cam adjustments, valve seating, and clutch changes. Everything is stock and it has run near 1 lac km. Still good up to 80 km/h with vibrations. I do not ride fast these days. I want to restore it to its original glory. I am from Trivandrum, Kerala and would like to know friends from this area who can suggest a mechanic/workshop who can be trusted. It will need some engine work along with a good paint job.

Near Edappazhinji bridge, there is a lane with a pollution testing centre. There is a garage on the right side, where my friend used to service his P180. Work was good. Forgot the name. There is another one called Ragi Engineering a bit after that. They are also good. They also work on Pulsars and Impulses. The owner himself got a restored first gen P180.#RetiredRider
