    Karizma R exhaust bend pipe being rusted

    Hi guys, I bought Karizma R 2010 for second hand, the exhaust bend pipe is being rusted, smoke is coming out from the rusted surface, the spare isn't available around me, is there any way I can restore the bend pipe

      The seating of the Exhaust on the cylinder head is not leak proof. Either the copper shim at the mouth of the exhaust mouth had lost it's sealing ability or the exhaust clamp at the cylinder head is loose. Replace the copper ring and retighten... The bend pipe in most ZMA and ZMR are rusted due to heat when the initial paint burns and peels off. No issue due to this.
