  • Need help for Gixxer sf 250

Hi all,I have been a owner of sf 250 for last 3 months.I am experiencing a lack of power in 3-4k rpm I cant commute in those rpms,The bike need to be ridden either ridden above or below that range,it feels like the bike is starving for fuel in those range.
SO I am planning to do a ecu reset, however I don't know the exact procedure to do the same.If anyone can explain the procedure it would be a great help for me. Thanks in advance.

The procedure for resetting the ECU on the SF 250 may vary depending on the specific model and year. However, here's a general procedure that may work:

Turn off the ignition and remove the key.
      Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Press and hold the horn button for 10 seconds to discharge any residual power in the system.
      Reconnect the battery terminal.
Turn on the ignition and let the bike idle for 15-20 minutes without touching the throttle or using any electrical accessories.
After the 15-20 minute period, turn off the ignition and wait for 10 seconds before restarting the bike.
Please keep in mind that an ECU reset may erase any custom settings or fuel maps you may have had, so you may need to reprogram those after the reset.
