I'm facing a weird issue with my Honda active 125 when I use the self start it just cranking the engine for 10 sec and then it starts but some time it just start in a tap. But when I use the kicker I didn't face any issue it just starts with just one kick. I have been scratching my head with this issue.

I have got it checked the below items
Airlifter, Replace every hose that's connected to the carburetor, replaced new spark plug, cleaned the carb, got the tappets checked.

Guys please help me out on this
