  • Gixxer SF 250: Motorcycle feels tilted to right while riding.

    I have a Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.

So I had a fall in March 2021 as 3000 km. The forks were bent, right handle bar was higher than left. I rode the bike in that condition for 7000 km more before giving that for repair.

The repair was done at authorised SVC.

The bike was repaired at 10k km mark and I have ridden 5k kms after that.

Now I feels that the motorcycle is tilted to right while riding at high speed and left handle bar is up. Right foot peg also feels lower than left.

The motorcycle goes straight handsfree at speeds > 50 km/h.

I have checked with 3 SVCs and everyone says that the bike rides fine.

Note: I can see that rear tyre has worn more on right ride compared to left but its not that much difference. I am not sure if this is making an issue.

If the forks are still bent, will bike track straight handsfree at hight speeds?

Please suggest something here. I am clueless.

it's possible that there may still be some misalignment or other issues causing the tilt and imbalance you're experiencing. Although the service centers you've consulted have indicated that the bike rides fine, it may be worth seeking a second opinion from another trusted and experienced mechanic or technician who specializes in motorcycles. They may be able to assess the bike's condition more thoroughly and provide you with a more accurate diagnosis.

If you can do some diy and you have enough tools fixing would be easy or else the typical mechanics and SVC don't know or won't be interested to fix alignment because alignment problem takes so much time and research to fix.

          Places to check would be
          fork stanchion
lower clamp of the triple tree
          Both handle bars
And the front axle rod ( in my case it was the culprit ).
