Suzuki gixxer sf 155 2018 carburetor model, this issue,need to start so many time with chock to start the vehicle every morning, svc in trivandrum replaced new carburetor full assembly and still same issue ( they are saying replaced carburetor to new and not returned my old carburetor, no idea on true fact ).after 30 mints starting with chock the bike rides without any issue.

So you got a new carb... but what about the spark plug, how does it look like and is the spark strong?
Imho this is one of the first things to check and easy / cheap to replace too. And if the spark plug is already unscrewed, you (at least the garage with their instruments) can check compression on the way.
More arduous, but also very important, is to check the valve gaps (with cold engine!). That you can do yourself with a feeler gauge (maybe it is complicated to get the head off and access to the valves).Comment
