I own a 2019 bajaj Pulsar NS 200 (BS4), done just 22k km. From last month I have been experiencing an issue that whenever I start it cold, it starts but engine then just dies, idle rpm start to go lower and engine just shuts off. The idle rpm keep fluctuating.
I had it checked, replaced the engine oil, air filter, the master sparkplug was also replaced, had the carburettor checked, jets cleaned, rubber ducts are fine and tappet clearance is also fine. I think the last option is to get a new carburettor.
