I am Archisman from Kolkata,I have recently purchased Apache 160 2v BS6 and done just 120km . I sometimes hear a sound from chain as if it is touching with the frame or anything else . I inspected thoroughly and found no loose components, what could be the problem?

Maybe the chain is loose and striking the swingarm. It happens at least in KTM bikes, at least the older models, not sure about Apache.
If the lower end of the chain has a vertical movement of more than 4 cms possible using just your 3 fingers, it is loose. Any mechanic will tighten it.

Chain tension should be the culprit, but be aware it is not always the chain should be loose. To much tightness on the chain also can produce noise, and make the ride rough due to limited suspension travel.
If you don't know the exact slack ,make two people sit on the bike so that the distance between swing arm mount and rear axle in it is maximum distance and check the chain tension it should be slightly loose.
