Hi,
I sold my bike a Yamaha R15v2 back in 2015 in Karol Bagh. I filled the documents they presented and was told that they will transfer the ownership. I forgot about this until a few days back when someone calls and informs me that a used bike he wants to purchase from his relative/friend is registered under my name, and he wants to transfer the ownership under his name. Apparently the Karol Bagh shop sold it to someone without transferring the ownership (to keep the bike as first owner hence higher value). Now this person who had called me has gone cold.
What should i do now? File an FIR? Or is there something else that can be done?
