  • Help needed regarding upgrade/mod for Yamaha R15v4

hi, i also own the v4 racing blue with qs and all, nowadays I am more into hot-rodding the bike, my present setup is:
    1. Uma racing coil
    2. Splitfire plug cap
    3. Ngk iridium spark plug
    4. Brembo p4 4 piston axial caliper
    5. Nissin 15.8mm piston axial master cylinder
    6. Kamui 300 mm semi floating rotor
    7. Or6d cnc caliper bracket
    8. Pulsar 220 bar ends
    9. Yamaha r6 throttle assembly
    10. Spotlight
    11. Fz25 rear sprocket 46 t
    12. Bmc air filter

Presently bike is running fine, 3rd gear tops at 102kmph, 4th at 121kmph @12k rpm limiter, but due to the sprocket change, 5th never touches 12k except decline with duck for a long stretch, most I have done is around 11k rpm, and 6th being even worse never goes beyond 8.5-8.8k rpm.

Bike gps tops at 135kmph, with 8km speedo error showing 143, this 8km is almost consistent from 100 upwards. I did this on Yamuna last month before installing r6 throttle (a bit larger pully) and bmc air filter. To solve the top gear problem the afr needs to be rich around 8k rpm onwards, 12.5:1 or less, and engine needs more power, so I have some future plans also, including power increase and unsprung rotating mass reduction:

    13. Brembo p2 rear caliper
    14. Rear caliper bracket
    15. Uma m5/m9 ecu
    16. Big bore kit 65mm
    17. Applehead kit
    18. Uma throttle body
    19. Uma r1 camshaft
    20. Uma piston connecting rod
    21. Engine bypass valve with pipe
    22. 150/70 110/70 tyre by pirelli as they weigh significantly less than stock mrfs
    23. R7 headlight, remove spotlight (reduce weight) as I have heard the light is more powerful than r15, with proper fusing and generator upgrade
    24. Carbon fiber front fairing and front fender to reduce weight
    25. did 428 chain and supersprox sporcket to reduce weight further

I dont want the akrapovic original full system in this list just because of the sound, and don't want to pay periodic donations to the cops :P

I have also thought to install the color tft meter of r15m but svc told me pinouts are diffeerent so I have to replace the entire wiring and ecu also, which I found bad investment for the upgrade, I am not sure of it yet.

If there is any properly equipped workshop with required expertise in and around west bengal, odissa, andrapradesh, jharkhand, bihar or near these states, please let me know.

How are your thoughts on this? please let me know.

So there is no one interested to do or even discuss about performance mods on r15v4/m it seems, sad to see the harsh reality that our beloved country is lagging behind when it comes to quality performance mods on a lower cc bike.

does anyone has experience on the famous RCB sp522 lightweight rims? how light are they compared to stock? what size shall one choose for r15v4? do we have to drill holes for abs rotor ourselves?
