  • Drive shaft wear out in apache rtr 160 4v

Hi friends recently my apache 160 4v bs6 (21k, 3years old) drive shaft teeths wearing out quickly, I can see axel play between sprocket & drive shaft , I'm expecting it's gonna wearout completely in 3000-6000km ( if I ride carefully) , I saw some people welding & grinding shafts to original or I need to replace entire shaft (cost₹₹₹₹)?
anyone give me solution for this problem

      Hi nandanwin,
I am using FZ S V3 in that many people complain about drive shaft worn out problem. I will suggest you to clean the front sprocket area by removing the sprocket and then apply grease and then use gear oil after fitting the front sprocket back. Make sure that you do this after changing the drive shaft. Regarding the price, I suggest you to visit service centre.
Let me know if you need any further details.
