@speedyking, will give a short suggestion, just try giving one last opportunity and ask him to get the correct things, if he denies or overacts, file a complaint or if you are too stressed out and if he lives in the same city as you are find him and make sure he returns each and every rupee (NOT ADVISABLE ACTUALLY). . . One thing I would like to suggest you, try getting the required accessories by direct dealers rather than online as you'll be able to go and speak to him if you have got these kind of problems and in the above said case, it's difficult as you got to speak only by phone and you both have never met face to face, so my advice is search a dealer in and around your city and try to get things from them rather than ordering from someone who is somewhere else. . . Anyways good luck hope he gives you back the money or replaces with the correct parts and BTW is that your bike's pic, the last one or taken from internet. . ?

You wont believe what happened in noon. i called him and told him i will go in consumer court as i have all the proof's.then he agreed to get it change. after 10 mins he called back and his uncle(chacha) called and told that MADBIKER is just 14yrs young boy and all and i should not threat him n all....when ii told him each n everything he told that its my fault and after arguement of 30 mins they agreed to pay 1000 + 3200(for seat cowl) he said that he will pay 1000 in installment as he is just a kid and will not be able to pay in one short.
this is so rediculous if he is so much a innocent KID then how come he can join our community and he can start this deal n all..
he will moneyorder the 3200 and will send 1000 sooner...

i have decided to go to karol bagh to get accessories to install exhaust...He lives in mubarakpur punjab so cant meet or see him.

well, first of all you are about to get some spanking, and we are going to scold you for what you have done, so be prepared--he is a kid, but are you a kid too, if that is the case, forget about it. i mean, c'mon man, how can you send money to someone who is not trustworthy, for online business, the seller need to have a website atleast or an ebay account or something similar so that you know there is some legitimacy in the seller and you can file a complaint in case things turn bad. or he needs to be somebody who is well known iin biking circle, for ex- joel, heck even with so much hard work even joel finds it difficult to satisfy all his customers, and you believed this tom, dick and harry, can give you an underseat exhaust that will not need any modification at all, even the common sense is missing my bro.....look at his profile man, on xbhp, his last activity was 25/05/2013 whereas he has not posted anything since 25/09/2012. and he has posted 6 ads for selling such petty things. clearly he was here only to sell a few items make some quick money. and you fall for his trap.btw, why didn't you order directly from the manufacturer of that exhaust. anyway, return his all items and ask for 100% refund. if he refuses, file a police complaint at your local police station, take a copy and go to his hometown, approach the police station there and lodge a police complaint there also, make sure you take a copy of FIR from both police stations. wait for a few days, if nothing happens, take 10-15 friends to his house and make sure he pays then and there 100%, although last sentence is at your own risk, and ppl may not like it that i am suggesting it on a public forum.assuming that you are telling us the complete story and truth only and nothing is hidden or portrayed wrongly. otherwise mad biker may have a different version.

you are right. i have done stupid mistake and even i am feeling so stupid and cheated right now.ya i am telling you truth and nothing is hidden i have all the emails messages and some call recordings. i really didnt like the exhaust. i saw endurance exhaust website and its a jap. brand but i really dont want to opt for this one.
feeling crap. cant express my hurtness. ya you are right.. even i am feeling the same and will take legal actions against of him and all set to leave to his hometown on this friday with my relative who is a lawyer. will update here about everything. God will teach him a lesson but before that i will......whatever happend with me i will not gona let him do the same with someone else.

You should have done research. There are lot many folks out there trying to show off their modification skills. You should have been more careful. I would suggest that get hold of his FB account & try spreading the word about him.

that's the best advice you can give him. . . BTW @speedyking how can you be so blind bro, come on how can a kid to these kind of marketing stuff, he's playing games. . . He's just trying to make some easy money and how can a 14 year old boy make these kinds of marketing. . . As said by @princesirohi, just file a complaint and you got to go their cos it's your money you need back or else simple take some people and go straight to his house and make him pay you the money. . . Really if I was in your situation by now, I would had either complained to the police or if he made me mad, I would had directly gone to his home, make sure to get the money then and there itself and return back without giving his things back to him to make him understand what happens if he messes with ME (but seriously this is not always advisable to everyone). . . To play on the safer side, just file a complaint and ask the police will get your money back to you. At least from now on, please stop believing these kind of fake people's, just meet up with your cities famous dealer and speak about him to get you stuff, he will import you but might take a little extra money and in these kinds of situations it's always worth it as if you experience things like these, you can go and speak to him and he will not cheat you fearing these things. . . Or else if you are going for online, try to book it from a well known website not everything you see. . .

hi,
he reutrned 3250rs of seat cowl and 1000rs for sending me the wrong exhaust(though the cost of both the exhausts were almost same it was of 9400 and mine was of 9050 as he quoted earlier so i got it for 8050rs.) he has sent the money through money order and sent clicked pic of slip which he got from post office. have learnt from my this mistake and will never gonna do this kind of deal in future. waiting till the money order will reach at my place.
i decided to take 1000rs as it was advised by my relative who is a lawyer.
Request to XBHP/Mods if possible please ban / remove his classifieds so that no one else will get cheated like me
