I don't know about custom tires. But maybe you can import 20" tyres from somewhere. But the options will be quite limited I guess.

Anyway, as far as I know.. 20" tires are sold by avon. Obviously, they don't keep it in stock. But I guess, they can order it. not sure though !sigpic
