My bike was lying there for around 4 months, and now when I looked in to the fuel tank there was lot of rust inside.

Why dont you try flushing it with petrol? Light rust will wash away.Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!Comment

Empty the tank. Dry it. Spray RUSTLICK thoroughly inside. It will drain the loose rusts. It will also prevent from further rusting. Apply RUSTLICK under the tank. Leave it for a day. Then fill 'er and flush the petrol. Rinse a few times and hopefully you can then use the tank.Comment

mix little amt of oil with petrol everytime you refil it(50ml per litre) after flushing the tank with little petrol....The Magician"

Empty your tank...put small pebbles(stones) inside and shake ...remove the stones and wash...and then apply any anti-rust spray if desired.Signature nahi hai....angutha chalega?sigpicComment
