  • Spares for imported honda in mumbai??

Hey fellow riders happy independence day. I am in the process of restoring my dads imported honda. Its a 1972 honda cl90k scrambler. It was unused for 12 years because of broken kick. Now I have dismantled the whole bike and opened the engine with the help of a friend.
Its has a 6volt battery and has cb point.
I need help with spares such as the kickset, oil seals, gaskets, engine bearings, wiring etc. Can any one please help me as i am travelling to mumbai tomorrow. And if not in mumbai any other city.
Don't any snaps to upload coz d bike is dismantled any given for painting. Got a photo from the web. Please help me out guys
    Thanks

Suggest that you try the following as the bike is pretty old a spare would mostly not be in production any more

        1) make a listing of all the items you need
        2) If you have the old part like bearings and oil seal carry them to an bike spares part shop where you have some influence. and ask him to get you equivalent parts
        3) Look for spare on Ebay.com, but ensure that the parts you buy are a) covered under the buyer protection b)shipping is traceable

I used this method restore a Suzuki GS425 in 2006.

Thanks buddy. Got most of d bearings and oil seals and the gaskets. Whats left is the kickset. There's a old guy called guruji in chembur who makes parts if unavailable. He is called 'guruji' thats what rhe spares dealer told me. Have to visit him....would take 3hours to make the kick
