  • Fork Oil for Electra 5S

I am suggested to use 10W30 Fork Oil in my forks. But I can't find a 10W grade for forks! Any idea people where can I get 10W30 FORK OIL???
Have anyone used Endurance 10W30 fork oil?

Fork oils aren't multigrade , there is no need for them to be multigrade since unlike an engine, they don't have to deal with heat , so there is no 10w30 fork oil . Standard motorcycle fork oils available in the market ( including the endurance brand you mention ) are between 10W and 20W mono grade oils . But oil weight is usually not marked on the bottle - adding to the confusion .

Recomended fork oil for original enfield bullet ( in the manual ) is not the common fork oils we get here , but actually 10w30 engine oil . You can use any standard mineral based 10w30 engine oil like Hero 4T premium 10w30 etc etc . Ensure correct volume of oil in each leg ( check the same manual where you got the oil type recomendation ) . Sorry for noticing your post late .

Most of the fork oil available in the market does not have the grade mentioned on it. However, the viscosity of the fork oil will be similar to the 10W30 engine oil. You can try Endurance or Waxpol shock absorber oil for the Electra. Each shock will require 195 ml of oil replacement.
