    1) The specific oil amount i need to pour in to each fork ? ( my manual doesn't mention this )
    2) Best front fork oil brand ?
    3) Is it ok to put ATF oil to the front fork ?

Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Just visit any svc and get it done. Don't stress yourself over this.
You can even get the fork oil changed at any local mech, would cost you some 250₹ per fork.

      Ride safe and have fun.

I have used Motul brand fork oil and found it to be real good. Usually for most of the commuter bikes it is 135 ml +-10 ml. Please make sure to be as accurate as possible since overfilling would lead to the oil seals getting damaged and a very stiff ride. I am not sure about using ATF as a replacement.

250 per fork leg for HH Glamour seems way too expensive, the correct cost should be 250 to 300 rupees for the whole job including the price of consumables. I don't know about HH Glamour but in Splendor, I see people putting 160+/-2ml in each fork leg.
              I am back!

IMO, I don't think you really need to replace fork oil at 10K kms unless there is a specific reason like leakage or bad suspension (which is a diff matter again - possibly needing other checks)... and I would suggest you not to attempt to change the fork oil yourself if there is a leak.

A used up oil will cause seals to break or leak. So it's always better to change the oil before the seals get damaged. Seal are not easier to replace like oil. And factory fitted seals have always the best fitment so one should try to increase their life by replacing the oil before it's too late.

Labour should be around 80-100 rs. Motul might be great but they are way too expensive.

Motul fork oil costs 110/- for 350 ml. I usually include the fork oil change during the regular servicing and the guy charges me only 30 Rs extra.

You should never reuse seals. AFAIK even at the assembly line, they do not use any fancy tools to drive in the seals. Just seal drivers and a ball peen hammer.
