Chopper build , registration and legal issues ??
hello all ,
i'm planning on building a chopper for personal use . i have the tools, the technical people and just about enough money.
i will be buying a new engine and will be building my own frame and the rest of the bike. however is there anybody who can give me any idea as to how to get it registered once its all done , i am out of the country for work and please share any websites / persons who can give good info about this.
by the way i'm from kerala.
and from a business point of view how can i get a licence for making more choppers with different frames ?
pls dont say go with a 2ndhand bike and then customize it . thats not what i want , thanks in advance.
