Open another topic and mention these facts:

    1. What does P220's "forks are out" mean? Do they need oil change? Or are they literally "out" due to an accident or so?
    2. Dealers get it done from other agency, how did you come to know about this?
    3. What is your problem with paying the Rs. 1400 once? Is your objective to do the same work in least cost?

You've laid out a very confusing topic. As far as I know, SVC's are capable of opening suspension forks and replacing oil or repairing them, unless its a physical defect in which they replace the parts, that's it.
I've seen a FZ's front suspension fork being repaired in front of my eyes, in the Ajmer's only Yamaha Service Centre during my Training, just to accompany an engineering friend of mine.
