Hi,
Saw the ad banner of bikebasix on xbhp and went to the website and purchaed certain items from them.
The order is #230 and date of transaction is 13.02.2014.
its been a week and I have no details of the shipment. The site shows that order is completed since I paid the amount online, but I have not yet received it.
I have dropped the 2 emails in contact us section but no response.
Also out of the 2 contact nos given, one is not working and on the other there is no response.
Can the owner please provide the status.
By no way I am blaming xbhp for anything. Just that since, the owner has put his ad on our website, he might read this.
