    broken shock

    hi,
    today me(pulsar 150) n one of my friend(cbz extreme) planned a trip to pondy and on the way at a speed breaker i slowed down and my friend didnt see me slow down and banged right into me... my silencer went into his crash bar and it took toll of my right shock... in the event, the nitrox container(or what ever it is) broke, but the suspension is working.... can i ride like this or will i need to change it.... (jus a few weeks back i changed them paid 1800bucks and not plannin to spend again) if i change can i claim some warranty.?

      You cannot claim under warranty, but you make an insurance claim.

            If the shock absorber was new , a single one ll do .
            Adjust both on the same preload while fixing

              if only i'd got tis jus yest...

              i managed to get a single shock.... n the adjustments are the same in both....

              @santa out of curiosity.... wont there be a problem while leaning if i had just one shock...??

                First of all there is nothin called balance on a pulsar .,
                trying to lean with one shock is Requestin for disaster.

                The whole weight balance of the rear and the rider is on the shocks.
                Take one out and u think u only one can manage the load and that on one side.
