i am afraid to change the afr of pulsor 220. last time changing afr time to time (looking for brown colour on spark plugs) made my bike worst. it damaged bike clutch plates.between this process of tuning i also adjusted clutch lever changed the setting many times at interval of 2 to 3 kms.some time more free play and some time less.my bike is only 6500 km runs.between these i have changed afr setting 100 timessome time at sold engine(engine off) and some time at engine hot.now my bike currently runs at 3 turns checked spark plugs they are not black but some where white or no change in colour.one spark plug which is on left side has no change in colour or it is same as it used to be (like new) little bit black substance on white coated thing like ceramic.and right one is little bit brown on the white part of the srark plug i think i am running lean so i want to change afr and change it between 3 to 3.5 but i am afraid if changing afr will damaged or make engine poor.or make the gear hard to shift or makes idle gear balancer bad.tell me procedures to change afr setting and can above problem araise due to change in afr.
