I own a HH Hunk 2010 model which has GRS rear suspension.
Problem- Few weeks back I noticed that it's right rear shock is leaking oil. I took it to a mechanic who changed the oil seal and took Rs 150. No leakage, looks good. But on my way back home, I noticed that the suspension has become very stiff and bike is wobbling. I thought may be it is because the guy didn't refill the oil and only changed oil seal. While I was waiting for the weekend to go back again to mechanic, shock started leaking again and it looks worse now.
Questions-
- The new shocker kit priced at Rs 4000, will drop a bomb on my budget. Is there any alternative other than replacement?
- Does refill GRS (both oil and gas) works?
- I have read that refill a shock will make it more stiffer. Is it true? Or is it because novice mechanics put more oil and hence the stiff suspension?
Suggestions/Solution - ??
Thanks.
