It's been on 5 months only, i have been using the bike. It has clocked only 1275 Kms. I would request opinion from experts on the above mentioned scenerio and their expert advice on whether i should change the rear tyre to 18 incher of bullet 500 and if yes should i do that immediately or after 1 year?

Downsizing of 19 inch rear tyre on Bullet electra twinspark to 18 inch of Bullet 500
I have recently purchased Royal Enfield bullet electrs from Siddh Auto, Pune. It has front and rear tyres both at 19 inches.Pattern of rear Tyre is BLOCKs type and also the width is 3.25 inches. I feel the rear tyre if replaced by 18 inch tyre found on Bullet 500, which is having a different pattern, will improve the 1) Road grip in wet condition, 2) handling confidence while cornering at anything above 40 kmph. But it may damage the fuel economy.

If you change the tyre sooner it would be better..as i also own Electra i also faced similar issues, but did not changed the rim to 18 instead i changed the tyre to MRF 3.50 inches 19" rim...
its is much better on curves but not that great in wet conditions, also note it did not affected the mileage. Our Youtube Channel:
