Hi ,I have a scooty pep , march 2004 model ,I had purchased a year back, it is used by my wife, Yesterday she faced a problem the scooty refused to start, When I tried to start with the kick starter it did fire up but when sat on it & twisted the throtle the engine died, After 3 more tries with not result kept the scooty.When on main stand the engine did fire up and could twist the throttle grip to 2/3 travel the power mode amber colour light came up.Please sugest the reason for the problem &

Query Approved.
Check if your choke is on! When choke is on, the bike will start but will stall/switch off when you twist the throttle that's one. Secondly the amber light lits up when you open the throttle beyond a certain point which is a feature, so that's not a problem.
Get your carburettor cleaned and check your cables and check the choke position, these should solve your issues, for the most part.
And lastly kindly punctuate properly, and leave proper spaces between full stops.

Avoid full tank upto brim and avoid excess choke use...just give it one can cause engine flooding
