    Help Required ASAP!!!!

    So finally laid my hands upon a brand new TBTS. Did some 300kms. till date. Here is my short review:

    1. The engine gets very hot within the first 2-3 KM's even.
    2. The Back starts paining even after a short ride also.
    3. There is this Strange sound which keeps coming every now N then when i pass through some bumps on the road.There are some clearance issues i guess somewhere in the rear of the bike, where there was the sound of metal hitting metal each time the bike went into a pothole Well couldn't figure it out perfectly.{Help Required ASAP!!!}
    4. I cant cruise around at the stipulated 50 kmph speed in the 5th gear. 60 is manageable although..
    5. When i m cruising through the Delhi's Peak traffic, Some sort of sound comes while pressing-releasing the clutch in some traffic jams which is very anoying..
    5. I got a Lot of compliments from every one. This Bull is an Awesome Looking Monster with a lot of chrome.
    6. Once u get going the cruise is so good that it never feels that u r on a Motorcycle.. the seat is so cozy... i can even sleep over it..
    7. Lets see what the bull has kept in secret for me in the time to come once i m done with the run-in period. Well its pretty hard though.. When u have a Long Smooth tarmac at ur disposal nd can't Rev it. BTW some tips needed to complete the Run-in at a speed of 5o kmph.. Its really tough man..


    Still felt really differently when i Rode this Bull As I was a Die hard Karizma fan and Never Expected The Bull To be such a treat. Feels like thrashing any-every one who ever comes near to my BuLL.. Especially The so called 4 wheel Drivers. No Offence Should be taken Buddies..

        Hi Sticky, i face the similar situation., but don't find a few of these as problems... I have mentioned a few points, which i feel could be the answer - I'm not a hard core bulleteer or well versed in terms of these... just my 2 cents....

        1. Yes - The Engine becomes HOT is the first couple of hours - But was told that the temperature levels will come down after the first and second services..

        2. To Me, TBTS gives the best riding posture - I haven't faced any back problems ., though i find it really hard to maneuver the bike along the busy streets... I recently did a 300 km trip - loved the riding posture - No Back pains.. It was just perfect...

        3. Check for the shock absorbers - I did have the same problem on the day 1, but once rode with a 120 kg pillion - it became normal

        4. The manual also says to cruise around the 60's - It never said 50 - the showroom guys asked me to maintain around the 70's on the fifth gear!!

        5. I believe this sound is from the gear box - get used to the gear shift patter, proper shift of gears should do the trick i think...

          Thank you very much 4 the help buddy. Well will get it checked on the first service itself. Also what i noticed today only is that some oil is leaking in very small amounts below the kick. Also for the sitting posture, can u suggest me which handlebar replacement should i go for as i really don't like the posture in personally. Also are you done with your run-in period. Thought of any changing of parts like spark plug, long bazuuka silencer, Re-jetting, front tyre change,etc....??????
