  • RPM meter(Tachometer) issue...

    Hello friends,
My hero hunk is just 3 months old. Now its RPM meter is not working. At first when I switch on the ignition, its needle is working, but when I give the accelerator the tachometer is not working. What may be the issue?? Please help me guys...

    Query Approved.

From what I've known, either the tacho circuit board is at fault or you have a loose wiring somewhere. Because basically all modern engines use engine spark pulse to detect RPM, check your wiring, if all is good, then you have a faulty tachometer.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Thank you I went to the nearby service centre and the issue has been solved. The service manager told me that some wire was loose in the ECU.
