Hope you guys are doing good. I am new to this forum, however not new to riding
.I have a question, if you guys could please help me out with.
I have a Pulsar 150 cc 2004 model which I rode for last ten years and trust me she is still beautiful and give me good and smooth riding through the city.
However she is not that stable in highways especially when i hit 70+ kmph , And its time for a new friend for highway rides.
However I am not planning to leave my old bird though. Planning to keep her for city commute and the New one for Highway.
And now since I have the budget, I am planning to go for a new One. Yes, I am going for the new Thundirbird.
I have finalised the model as well. TB5. Also I am aware of the pros and cons of the bike.
Now the the model and make is decided, I have one more thing left with me to decide, yes the Color.
The color schemes available for TB is Marine, Lightninig and Matte black. I want to go for the Matte Black.
The problem is with the maintenance of the color, I searched over the internet and other forums for what we can do for the protection of the color.
But was not able to find a satisfactory answer on how we can protect the matte black color.
Yes, we have to wash it with only plain water and should use clean cloth or any good absorbant cloth to clean it.
However, the question is still in my mind is that, Is this the only thing what we can do for the color protection.
I also heard about the 3M paint protection, but it will be a glossy finish and it wont look good on matte black color.
Any suggestions and discussions are welcome, Pleae let me know your thoughts.
Thanks
Peeths
