    Help Me- Delay in delivery of motorcycle.

    Hello guys
    Recently my brother booked a KTM duke 200 from Ktm ashok nagar in Ranchi on 11th February and the delivery was promised to be done latest by the end of the month.When i went there to enquire on 2nd march ,they gave some non sense reasons and they promised it by 17th march.Today as on 18 th march even there is no news about the motorcycle. Please advice

      Please post the scanned copy of the invoice bill that you've got when you paid the advance amount at the time of booking. Tks

        But, Will a complaint with the Customer cell do any good....or are they delaying the delivery to give him with the 'updated' D200....

          Before complaining, we've to understand what's going on first; we've to understand if the booking was made per the dealer's policy; was there a date mentioned in the receipt; is the booking amount can be cancelled. Which is why I've asked for the receipt. Unless we know all these, we can all be shooting advice in thin air, without knowing the actual issue.
