ABS of 200 RS for pulsar 200 ns.

Is it possible to install ABS on pulsar 200 ns ?
The rim and Disc brake coupling for both the bikes is same also they have same rim. So is it possible to install ABS timing disc on Pulsar 200 ns. And can ECU( for abs) be adjusted in some empty space around the engine of 200 ns?? I live in Pune . Many times because rains, Oil or Sand on road it is very hard to stop the bike just using Rear break and lit front break. with ABS breaking is very easy and safe. I went to bajaj service center they said they can order ABS timing discs and ECU for. but i have to install it myself on 200ns.
Please help me or suggest some good mechanic who can do this for me. thank you in an advance

I just enquired from someone with the knowhow. It can be done, but might work out to be a rather expensive affair.

It also is a good idea to improve your braking capabilities. It might be cheaper and will hold you in good stead irrespective of the motorcycle you ride.

There are mechanical ABS available as aftermarket parts, though i am not quite convinced about the usefulness of it. A discussion here - http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/universa...iscussion.html
